Put all the ingredients into a stockpot and place it over medium heat.
Bring the mixture to boil. Pressure cook it to hasten the cooking process.
As the mixture begins boiling.
Lower the flame and simmer the mixture for an hour until the pumpkin turns tender.
After an hour, check the pumpkin’s texture and turn off the flame. Set aside to cool for 10-15 minutes.
Blend the mixture into a lump-free, smooth liquid using an immersion blender.
Transfer the soup to a bowl and feed.
For older babies and toddlers, you can add shredded chicken or tofu to this soup. You can add veggies like peas and carrots both mashed, to make it more healthy and filling like a complete meal.
