Travelling up to end of your second trimester is usually fine. Until unless you have risky pregnancy.Avoid travelling after 34 weeks and always take your doctor advice before planning any trip.
For Mom:• Toiletries and accessories such as tissues, lip balms deodorants, hair brush, comb, tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo, face wash• Bathrobe or a dressing gown.• Nursing Essentials consisting of all essential nursing items such as nursing shawls, ointments, pads, bras and pajama sets. • Medical documents and records of insurance policies.• Body lotion, Causal slipper and SocksFor Baby:• Baby clothing• Baby Blankets• Diapers• Brup clothes• Baby swaddles• Car seat
There's a chance that the baby may turn. Otherwise delivery can be done through C-section.
Visit your doctor for treatment. Baby anomalies once checked should be treated immediately. Thyroid should be checked and monitored.
Keeping active and doing exercise while you're pregnant is great for you and your baby. You can keep up your normal level of daily activity and exercise regime, as long as it still feels comfortable.
If you do start having cravings, it'll probably be in your first trimester (it could be as early as 5 weeks into pregnancy). They'll get stronger in your second trimester, and then eventually stop in your third trimester.
