Egg Drop Soup
Egg Drop Soup :

You will need:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup homemade vegetable stock
- 2 garlic cloves (peeled)
- ½ cup green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1tsp cornstarch
How to Prepare:
- Put the stock and garlic into a stockpot and bring the mix to boil over low heat.
- Meanwhile, take a small bowl and whisk the egg in it and set aside.
- Add cornstarch into the stock mixture and stirring.
- After a few seconds, pour in the whisked egg slowly with vigorous stirring.
- Cook the mix for about ten seconds and then remove from the heat.
- Set aside for 3-4 minutes and the soup is ready.
- Transfer the soup into a serving bowl.
- Feed immediately.
- The egg gives texture and flavor to the soup, besides adding more nutrients.
